7:00PM - 9:00PM Healing Rooms teams
No appointment.  No fee.

We follow the Healing Rooms model of praying for the sick.  Three caring prayer team members
pray in a private and comfortable setting, as directed by Jesus through the Holy Spirit.  All
prayer sessions are held in the strictest of confidence. You will experience the presence of
God's love as you receive prayer. You may also receive healing in whole or in part, immediately
or progressively, as you return for further sessions. You are welcome to come again until you
receive complete healing. No appointments are necessary on Tuesday, dress is casual and no
fees are charged.

Releasing Freedom Prayer Ministry
BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Focusing on those in need of emotional and spiritual healing and freedom, Releasing Freedom
Prayer includes freedom from rejection, trauma, unforgiveness, anxiety, depression, emotional
wounds, addictions and freedom from spiritual strongholds.  The Releasing Freedom Intake
form is available below. This form must be filled out and returned to us. You will be contacted
for an appointment with our Freedom Team.

3. Once completed, SAVE the form to your Desktop or Documents folder where you can
find it.  (You may need to click File, Save As to specify the right location.)
4. E-mail the completed form file to Main Street Prayer Center at
prayer@mainstreetprayer.org.  You will receive a personal reply that your form has
been received and you will be contacted with an appointment time.
